Welcome to Linear Career, LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our career-related services, including resume writing, interview coaching, career consulting, and job search assistance. By purchasing, using, or accessing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Linear Career, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

Linear Career, LLC provides career support services, but we do not guarantee:

  • Job placement, interview offers, or hiring outcomes.

  • Specific career results, salary increases, or professional advancement.

The hiring process is determined solely by employers and is subject to market conditions, industry demand, and individual qualifications.

3. All Sales Final Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

  • Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order is placed.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences is not a valid reason for a refund.

3.2 Correction Requests

  • If you discover an inaccuracy or error in your completed order, you must notify support@linearcareer.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a correction.

  • Requests beyond this timeframe may require additional service fees.

3.3 Service Turnaround Times

  • Standard service delivery is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If Priority or Rush Service is selected, the turnaround time will be expedited accordingly.

  • Linear Career, LLC is not responsible for delays due to incorrect contact information provided by the client. A processing fee will be required to update and resend orders if incorrect details were submitted.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding:

  • Work experience, education, skills, and certifications.

  • Job history and career goals.

Linear Career, LLC does not verify client-provided details. Any misrepresentation is solely the client’s responsibility.

4.2 Use of Services

  • Services are intended for personal career development only.

  • You may not resell, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Legal or Financial Responsibility

Linear Career, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Any decisions made by employers, recruiters, or third parties regarding your job applications.

  • The impact of our services on your hiring prospects, salary negotiations, or job security.

  • Providing legal, tax, or financial advice.

5.2 Liability Cap

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linear Career, LLC’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

5.3 No Liability for Third-Party Actions

  • We are not liable for issues, delays, or damages caused by third-party recruitment agencies, hiring platforms, job boards, or potential employers.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Security

6.1 Confidentiality & Information Sharing

Linear Career, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy while also enhancing your career prospects. We may share your information with:

  • Recruiters, hiring managers, and employers to connect you with potential job opportunities.

  • Third-party career service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell personal data for marketing purposes.

6.2 Industry-Leading Security Measures

To protect personal information, we employ:

✔ Secure access controls to prevent unauthorized handling.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of Work

All resume templates, career coaching strategies, and proprietary content are the intellectual property of Linear Career, LLC.

7.2 Restrictions on Use

Clients may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

  • Use our materials to compete with or replicate our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Linear Career, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from:

  • Misrepresentation of credentials or work history.

  • Your reliance on our services for job applications.

  • Any disputes between you and a potential employer.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1 Mediation & Arbitration

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.

  • If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fort Bend County, Texas.

9.2 Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Linear Career, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
